Operations Director

Tim is responsible for the day to day management of the Education Technology Association. He is a director of Learning Linked, a small independent consultancy specialising in online courses and evidence based professional development.

Mark

Mark Chambers

Policy & Strategy Director

Mark is responsible for policy and strategy of the Education Technology Association. He is currently undertaking a range of strategic consultancies, including our contribution to the All Party Parliamentary Group for Digital Skills. In the past he has been the Chair of Naace, and head of school improvement for Bradford Council.

Walter

Walter Lockhart

Digital Director

Walter is responsible for the design, development and delivery of the TheETA digital platform. He has over 30 years experience in the software industry, working in various industries. He is director of Lockhart Software, a small independent software development 'boutique', with a focus on growing digital business through innovative solutions.

Deane

Deane Tomlin

Non-executive Director

Experienced Sales Manager with a history in retail and E-Learning. Founded Myedshed.com in 2016 to help teachers make better choices on the resources they buy. Joined TheETA in 2018 to provide holistic support to the education, Ed-Tech and digital skills community.

Martin Bailey

Non-executive Director

As a non-executive director, Martin provides strategic guidance and support in areas of his expertise. Martin is the founder and owner of Animate2Educate, and runs the acclaimed ‘Tech on the Tyne’ annual conferences.

Matt

Matt Rogers

Non-executive Director

As a non-executive director, Matt provides strategic guidance and support in areas of his expertise. Matt is the Education Project Manager for Digital Me, and continues to lead on their Open Badge Academy Programme, an innovative digital qualification currency.

Neelam

Neelam Parmar

Non-executive Director

As a non-executive director, Neelam provides strategic guidance and support in areas of her expertise. Neelam currently works as Director of E-Learning at Ashford School, United Learning. She was previously employed as The Director of Digital Innovation and Learning across The London Preparatory Schools in South West London and was instrumental in leading the transformational change of embedding technology within learning and development.
